Our cooking class will make the authentic Greek Moussaka dish and Spanakopita pie by opening your phyllo pastry (Spinach pie). We will make two classic traditional pies: Spinach pie and Milk pie. Our cooking class will make the authentic Greek Moussaka dish and Spanakopita pie by opening your phyllo pastry (Spinach pie). We will make two classic traditional pies: Spinach pie and Milk pie. Our first stop is Demeter ‘s temple Apart from the impressive monument ,you ll have the chance to visit the archeological museum. We continue our tour and have our next stop at Damalas, a cute little village in the heart of Tragea valley ,where we will enjoy a demonstration at the only remaining traditional pottery workshop and the traditional restored olive press. Then we drive to Chalki, where you can walk in picturesque alleys .Then we head to the oldest Byzantine church of Panagia Drossiani Our next stop is the most famous village of Naxos, Apiranthos, the “marble village”. We drive towards the North part of Naxos island and we end up on the Northest edge of Naxos, at Apollonas village ,a small typical Cycladic village ,ideal for swimming or just relaxing at the various cafes by the sea. Our cooking class will make the authentic Greek Moussaka dish and Spanakopita pie by opening your phyllo pastry (Spinach pie). We will make two classic traditional pies: Spinach pie and Milk pie. In addition to making homemade pies, we will prepare Greek island-inspired salad with cherry tomatoes aromatized with aged local vinegar and Greek yogurt tzatziki sauce. Our kitchen is a few steps from Monastiraki square in the funky neighborhood of Psirri. I'll wait for you there, on the rooftop terrace with Acropolis views.
