A few videos, a little theory, some swimming pool exercises and 4 dives in the ocean (to enjoy the Marine Park of Mejangan while you're there). When you will return to the dive center, after a lunch break, you will finish off the theory with your instructor. 3rd day: you will have 2 dives left in the sea, which will be done at the the Marine Park of Menjangan, after which you will be certified !
