Last public beach along "Esplanade Rd" in Hideaway Bay. A beautiful spot for early morning meditations. Mine that day centered around ownership of shorelines and waterways, signs of trespass and infringement, thoughts of tides and belonging... Erm... Anyways, the sentinel is a friendly fellow, didn't mind my company I reckon. It might have been the half cup of fresh pressed coffee I shared with him when I tripped.
Quiet beach away from the crowds with great views towards Bowen. Tip - sunsets here are some of the best in the Whitsundays.
