If we are lucky, we might get to know one of the local artists. After Groznjan we will go to Motovun. In Motovun we will have a walking tour, tasting of truffle products and we will visit the city walls where you can enjoy the "View of half Istria". There you will have some free time for lunch, I can reserve a table for you at the famous restaurant "Mondo". There you can eat A la Cart, of course their specialty are truffle dishes. On our way back we will stop in Pazin to see the Abyss.

We also keep our groups small — a maximum of 10 people — to ensure a more personal, intimate, and authentic experience. Truffle is an unusual subterranean fungus. There are two important varieties of truffles: white truffle (Tuber Magnatum) and black truffle (Tuber Melanosporum). Both of these can be found in the Motovun forest located in the valley of the Mirna River. Even though truffles can be found elsewhere, Motovun truffles are considered to be of the highest quality.
