Your session will be included in a group of your level and age group. For any one-week course, photos of your exploits will be offered to you. On your arrival, your instructor will equip you with a seasonal neoprene suit and will choose with you the board best suited to your level and size. After a 10-minute warm-up, educational training informing you of the best recovery techniques will last approximately 20 minutes.
