Those with an adventurous, fun disposition will get the most from this tour, though it is possible to just tour the bay leisurely. Lasting three or four hours, depending on your choice, the tour is fully tailored - you can decide where to go with the bay of St Tropez, how long to stop in each place, or leave the itinerary up to us, e.g. visit the picturesque canals of Port Grimaud (aka 'The Little Venice of France'). It all starts with a warm cup of tea or coffee before jumping right into the crafting of your own Buttery Croissant, Pain au Chocolat (or chocolate croissant) and the Pain au Raisin ! Small groups of 8 allow the chef to follow closely how you learn new skills and knowledge. First, discover the equipment, the ingredients, and the theory behind the making of the croissant. You will be making it from scratch with quality ingredients we selected from our local producers. Then kneading the predough is where it all begins. Lasting three or four hours, depending on your choice, the tour is fully tailored - you can decide where to go with the bay of St Tropez, how long to stop in each place, or leave the itinerary up to us, e.g. visit the picturesque canals of Port Grimaud (aka 'The Little Venice of France'). Visit Baie de Canebiers (aka 'Millionaires Bay'), snorkel, swim and paddleboard at anchor. We can also provide waterskiing, wakeboarding and inflatable tows at no extra cost. The standard boat is the cheapest and smallest boat on the Seine. If price is the most important thing for you - choose a small boat. If comfort is more important than price - choose a slightly more expensive but much more luxurious larger boat. Difference in price it not big. Remember that a small boat does not have a table - it not picknick boat. Our small boat still accommodates a maximum of 4 passengers , but we also have new boats, larger, more luxurious, more stable and spacious, great audio system - ones that accommodate 8 passengers.
