My trullo is located in a dominant position in the middle of a small valley, in an area characterized by the presence of typical rural buildings, trulli, farms and cummerse. We will immerse ourselves in nature in direct contact with the old Susumaniello grape plants, discovering the history of this ancient variety. You will choose where to live this experience, between one of the stone terraces or in the shade of one of the majestic trees in my garden. Ostuni is one of the main tourist destinations of Puglia, called "White City" for the houses painted with white lime in the historical center. The guided tour of Ostuni will start from Libertà square, where there is the grand palace of the municipality and where stands the baroque column of Sant'Oronzo, almost 21 meters high. In Libertà Square you will also visit the archaeological excavations of the ancient walls and the defensive tower before taking Cattedrale street, full of local craft shops, commercial activities and typical local food product. You will then reach the cathedral dedicated to Santa Maria Assunta built in the fifteenth century. The façade is characterized by three elegant ogival portals and a large rose window of 24 rays. Following the tour will continue along the Aragonese walls where you can admire a beautiful landscape of the Valle d'Itria until you reach the Porta Nova gate, one of the ancient gate of the town.

The winery visit is a sensory experience and a chance to learn about the precious grape varieties that are used to make the amazing wines of the Valle D’Itria. You’ll see the 16th century Masseria and Trulli as well as the ultra-modern winery where you can understand the processes from harvesting to production right through to bottling and dispatch. We’ll visit an ancient Trullo and meet a genuine local Trullo Master who willdescribe the construction techniques of the Trulli. At the end of the tour a tasting of typical “rosoli” can be sampled on a stunning panoramic terrace up amongst the cones and pinnacles of the surrounding Trulli.

My trullo is located in a dominant position in the middle of a small valley, in an area characterized by the presence of typical rural buildings, trulli, farms and cummerse. We will immerse ourselves in nature in direct contact with the old Susumaniello grape plants, discovering the history of this ancient variety. You will choose where to live this experience, between one of the stone terraces or in the shade of one of the majestic trees in my garden. You will pick up your basket, with the excellent local wine and many gastronomic delicacies of my area, tasting in total relaxation taralli, focaccia, homemade bread, dairy products and fresh cheeses, traditional cold cuts and other specialties that I will prepare just for you. It will be wonderful to share these hours with you, and make your trip to Puglia even more special.
