You’ll see the 16th century Masseria and Trulli as well as the ultra-modern winery where you can understand the processes from harvesting to production right through to bottling and dispatch. We’ll visit an ancient Trullo and meet a genuine local Trullo Master who willdescribe the construction techniques of the Trulli. My trullo is located in a dominant position in the middle of a small valley, in an area characterized by the presence of typical rural buildings, trulli, farms and cummerse. We will immerse ourselves in nature in direct contact with the old Susumaniello grape plants, discovering the history of this ancient variety.
