I provide guests the best selections of organic food and we only cook with extra virgin organic olive oil. On request I can make also glueen free class or kids cooking class.  Menu: two kind of pasta hand made, an italian dessert siders, wines olive oil and wine tasting and farm visit. My philosophy from the beginning has been to serve whole natural foods that are minimally processed. Where ever possible we produce our items in house here at the slow cooking school.

To do a truffle hunt is a unique experience for blending good food, traditions and contact with locals. It will start in the morning at a farm. From there together with a truffle hunter we will enjoy a walk in a wood with trained dog hunting the so called black diamond of Umbria, truffle. After the truffle hunt you will have a tasting with truffle, extra virgin olive oil and other umbrian products.
