The Grotto is a cavern that is connected to the ocean by a series of tunnels. The sun shining into the water here fills the cavern with a strange blue light. Hobie Catamaran is perfect for Saipan Lagoon sailing because its draft is only 2 feet, it can go over shallow water to see more and it sails more level than monohull sail boat for comfort. I have been charting tourist and teaching sailing in Saipan Lagoon since 2018 so I know all the interesting points of it. Many feed backs are saying this is the most relex and fun activity they had.
