In this activity, travelers will discover the area of Monte, in the Madalena, through an easy pedestrian track, accessible and made entirely on foot. We will visit the emblematic Old Creation Mill and continue to Lajido, by the sea, where you can observe the ancient relieves marked in the volcanic stone and learn a bit of local history. In this natural and quiet setting, a guided meditation of about 20 minutes will take place, in contact with the stone, the sea and nature. Finally, participants enjoy an outdoor picnic.
