On our way along the west Attica coastal zone we will meet the famous Isthmus(Canal) of Corinth built on 1893 that connects the Aegean and the Ionian Sea. Our next destination is the Ancient Agora of Corinth and Apollo’s Temple. We continue to visit the ancient castle(Acropolis) of Corinth on the top of the hill overlooking the old town. Taking our way back to Athens we will pass through the new city of Corinth and we will visit the ancient port of Corinth.

Hydra is one of the most picturesque and famous islands in Greece and the Argo-Saronic Gulf. The tour begins with a two hour drive on a beautiful route of the eastern part of Peloponnese overlooking the sea heading to the port of Metohi. Then we will board on the small boat for a thirty-minute trip to Hydra. Reaching the port, Hydra looks glamorous like an art-paint with grey, white and blue colors above the blue of the sea, an exemplar of architectonics and aesthetics. The town of Hydra island, which is the center of the whole island, is built amphitheatrically around the port, combining nature and architecture. You will have 3 hours free time to explore everything. Walk in the picturesque alleys of the island, visit the historical museum and to enjoy its cosmopolitan aura. In the afternoon we will get on the boat for the return trip full of pictures!!

At the foot of Mount Parnassos lies the Pan-Hellenic sanctuary of Delphi, which had the most famous oracle of ancient Greece. Delphi was regarded as the center of the world The sanctuary of Delphi, set within a most spectacular landscape, was for many centuries the cultural and religious center and symbol of unity for the Hellenic world. We will depart early in the morning heading central Greece. After 2 hours we will reach the site of Delphi. You will have free time to visit the archaeological site, the temples and the museum with its unique findings such us "Iniohos". You will admire the grandeur of the place and you will feel the sacredness that radiates. After that, we will visit the famous and traditional village of Arachova where you will have free time for lunch of coffee. Then we will take the road back and in the afternoon we will be back to your place.

A day full of history, culture and nature...Kalavryta!! We will get on our Van and drive to Diakofto where a trip to your dreams awaits. Boarding the scenic train, the Cog Railway, you will go up on the green slopes of Helmos, a tour described as one of the six rarer train tours in the world. You will cross the beautiful gorge of Vouraikos and after 60 minutes you will reach the beautiful village of Kalavryta. Then we will visit the monastery of Agia Lavra which was built in the 10th century and became the center of the national liberation fight of the Greek people. After that you will have free time in the village of Kalavryta for a coffee, lunch or shopping. The last stop of the tour is “Mega Spileo” (the Great Cave), one of the most famous and ancient monasteries in Greece. According to legend, in a remote cave a miraculous carved image of Holy Mary was found by chance, made of resin and wax.

This construction is known to be the most perfect sample of an ancient theater in Greece and one of the most amazing ones in the world, from a symmetry and perfect acoustics point of view. we will do an acoustic experiment and explain the connection of theater to medical science in the ancient years. Next stop will be the picturesque and seaside city of Nafplio, the first capital of modern Greece. We will explore together the old city and discover its hidden beauties, talking at the same time about its history. We will see the historic buildings, the squares and Palamidi, the castle above the city. Finally we will visit the archaeological site of Mycenae where we will admire the tombs of the Kings, the great Walls and the museum.
