Camerele sunt foarte bune și majoritatea au vedere la ocean (aveți grijă când mergeți prin cameră, există podea din lemn și am găsit câteva cuie ieșind care ar fi putut răni). Personalul este foarte politicos și de ajutor. Mâncarea are un gust bun, dar prețul este puțin mai mare, așa că mai bine optați pentru un pachet de masă parțială/completă la rezervare. De asemenea, pentru a ajunge la hotel, trebuie să luați un serviciu de barcă gratuit de la terminalul lor Cenang (care este lângă Tubotel, Langkawi).
