The beachfront is a sight to behold at night, located at the base of Plaza las Américas and overlooking the boardwalk with cozy seating arrangements, a scattering of palm trees, and a pair of observation decks.
Down below, the beach offers shaded areas for respite from the sun, though they are reserved for hotel guests upstairs. However, these areas are accessible in the evenings and nights.
It's a fantastic spot for a workout, jog, leisurely stroll, or simply soaking up the vibrant surroundings. The vast squares and frequent buses along the boardwalk make it a convenient location, and vendors selling refreshing treats like raspados, glories, skites, elotes, and Tostitos are always nearby.
While the water isn't too deep, caution is advised when swimming near the wave breakers.
The beach looks very pretty at night, it is at the bottom of Plaza las Américas and at the top of the boardwalk there are seats, a few palm trees and I think 2 viewpoints.
In the lower part, which is the beach, there are roofs to rest from the sun but they are exclusive to the clients of the hotel above, although in the afternoons/nights there is no problem with using them.
It is a very good option to exercise, run, walk or simply go for a walk since it is close to the large squares, the buses that run along the entire boardwalk and always pass vendors of raspados, glorias, esquites, elotes and Tostitos.
The water is not too deep but it is still better to be careful and not swim near the wave breaks.
