The place is beautiful, no doubt about that but we had a bad encounter with the boat we rode. We had an initial agreement of 1,500php roundtrip for the boat ride but after 2 hours on the island, the captain told us that we had to go home by 2pm for a lot of reasons and they said that they wanted us to pay a total of 4,500php for the ride because "they didnt know the port we came from only asked for 1,500" (boat ride lasts about 30 minutes or less i think) so if youre going to esperanza, make sure the time and fee has been properly communicated and agreed with the boatmen before boarding.
PERFECT LOCATION. PEACEFUL AND VERY NICE AMBIANCE PERFECT FOR A FAMILY OR A GROUP OF FRIENDS. WE HAD A GREAT STAY AT THIS RESORT. I LOVED BEING ON THIS SIDE OF ISLAND. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND BUYAYAO ISLAND 3G BEACH EXTENSION.
