I wasn’t sure what to expect, but this turned out to be a fantastic experience—I highly recommend staying here!
The staff is warm and welcoming, the food is delicious and offers a great variety. While the hotel is a bit older, it’s very well maintained, with clean rooms and tidy common areas. There are three swimming pools (including one indoor), several bars, a nightclub, and a spotless beach just a two-minute walk from the pool area.
The animation team is outstanding—full of energy and passion, they organize daily activities, games, and entertaining night shows that truly enhance the stay.
We also took tennis lessons during our visit, and the coach, Yassine, was excellent: patient, professional, and very skilled.
AVOID!!! I stayed at this hotel with my dad and brothers from Monday to Saturday and genuinely enjoyed most of the experience - the food, entertainment, and atmosphere were all great.
However, just 10 minutes before we were due to leave for the airport, I was told I had to pay £200 for a cracked TV in the room. The TV was wall-mounted and the crack was in the top corner - not somewhere I could realistically have reached or damaged. I’m 4'11", so unless I aimed something directly at it, there’s no logical explanation for how I could have caused that damage.
When I asked for more information, I wasn’t given any clear explanation, just repeated demands to pay. Housekeeping, who might’ve clarified when or how the damage was found, was supposedly already home as they had finished at 4pm - even though it was only 3:45pm. I had also checked out at 12pm, and this issue was only made aware to me minutes before departure, giving me no time to dispute it properly, and instead forced to pay out.
I even have a photo showing the crack, and while it’s there, it certainly doesn't justify a £200 charge - especially with no proof or explanation of how I caused it. It left a bad impression and felt unfair, especially after such a good stay.
If you take a moment to think about it, you start to question what really happened - whether the crack was already there when we arrived, whether it occurred during our stay without our knowledge, or whether the timing of the charge - just minutes before departure - was intentional, leaving us with no real option to contest it. I would’ve loved to return, but this experience has changed my mind. Tourists should be aware of how easy it can be for them to be taken advantage of.
