De ce să stai în altă parte! Totul a fost minunat. Soția mea a stat în hoteluri de 5 stele din întreaga lume și a fost impresionată de acest loc. Mobilierul din cameră, designul și decorul erau excepționale. Mâncarea și diversele activități în aer liber și stații de dining / băuturi fac ca șederea în interiorul resortului să fie distractivă și convenabilă. Am rezervat o zi suplimentară pentru că nu voiam să se termine. Ne vom întoarce, cu siguranță.

I was staying there for a wedding and the staff was very accommodating. The room was clean and ready for me upon arrival. The location is amazing and the weather was great. The views from my room were ocean view and that was spectacular. It did not take me long to figure out the layout of the resort as I walked around and enjoyed this beautiful beach front resort.

Our second visit this year and everything was exceptional as always. The pool opened while we were there and we were the first guests to get to enjoy it...truly a work of art! Sandra, Sarah and the staff are fantastic. They attend to anything you need though you won't even know they are there unless you need them. This is a place to come for disconnecting and true relaxation, I saw two other guests the entire time we were there. As a juxtaposition, our grown children were staying next door at Cheeca Lodge where we met for a drink-I couldn't wait to get back to the serenity of the Moorings! If you want a reminder that the larger world still exists simply walk 5 minutes from the property to the finest restaurants, bars and shops the Fla Keys have to offer. Not a blade of grass is out of place here and the only sounds are palm trees in the breeze, various types of birds singing and waves gently lapping the beach. I looked at my phone only to verify a dinner reservation and, sadly, my return flight home. Zero Television (except the FIFA and Eagles game!!!)...and never thought twice about it. Best property, Best staff, Best ownership. No corporate involvement here, just pride of ownership and a level of caring that can only be possible when the number one priority is the guests experience and the property owner and staff are focused on only that. Such a rarity these days but what a difference it makes.

Eu și soțul meu am ales The Moorings pentru a 10-a aniversare a nunții noastre și a fost cea mai bună călătorie pe care am făcut-o vreodată. Personalul, proprietatea, locația - totul a fost perfect. Am făcut chiar și fotografii în ținuta noastră de nuntă, iar terenul a fost absolut ideal pentru asta. Amabilitatea și atenția personalului a fost cu adevărat excepțională. Vă mulțumim că ne-ați făcut șederea atât de memorabilă și uimitoare. Este pur și simplu uimitor aici. 💗

În plus, camera părea învechită și am observat un bar de stâncă lăsat pe podea, ceea ce a stârnit îngrijorări cu privire la calitatea menajului. We arrived on a Sunday to find the office closed, as it shuts at 11 on Sundays. Although the key was left for us, there were no towels provided for the pool or beach. The room felt outdated, and we even found a Cliff bar on the floor, which raised concerns about the quality of housekeeping. Despite calling the hotel's phone number multiple times and leaving messages, we received no response, not even the following day. When we finally spoke to someone at the office, they mentioned an emergency number posted on their door. Perhaps it would be more helpful to include this number in the rooms or on the website where guests are more likely to see it? Additionally, a very loud and large family was staying there, monopolizing the beach area both day and night. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.
