Absolutely beautiful beach. We basically had the whole place to ourselves at 10:00 a.m. on a Tuesday in August. Started getting busy around 11:30/12. Beautiful, Sandy beach and clear water with a pretty pier!

This beach/playground is the best...it has a pier...the kiddos love the playground area...we had a cookout with family there...let's say...we will definitely be back...

Parcul de plajă este fantastic, în ciuda faptului că nivelul lacului și -a redus semnificativ dimensiunea. De pe puntea cu vedere, vă puteți bucura de o priveliște frumoasă a zonei iazului/mlaștinii, unde puteți observa cu ușurință diverse specii de păsări. Adăpostul este un loc perfect pentru un picnic, iar țărmul este suficient de clar pentru o plimbare plăcută de o milă. Anul trecut, am asistat la cuibul de plumb de conducte și există o abundență de spații de nisip. În timpul plimbării noastre de seară, am fost încântați să vedem un vultur chel cocoțat pe un copac.

Wonderful stay for our family reunion in August. We had 3 of the cottages, 3 suites and the big house. Everything was fabulous ...... the beach, the bonfires, the sandy playground for the kids ..... we loved it! Hoping to make this a yearly destination. Thank you for a wonderful time.

This resort on Lake Huron offers a great experience at a reasonable price. The cottages and suites are designed so that each one has a lake view. We stayed in a suite, which was similar in size to a motel room. It was perfect for the two of us, updated, and very clean. The sunrises over Lake Huron are spectacular and can be seen from anywhere on the property. The resort is conveniently located between Downtown Oscoda and Tawas City, providing plenty of dining and activity options. We are planning to return next year for a longer stay with family. It's definitely worth your time to check it out.

My partner and I stayed at this resort for a week, and our cabin was upgraded to a beachfront location due to an issue with our original booking, which turned out to be a pleasant surprise for us. We enjoyed the upgrade. However, we were only provided with one towel for the entire week, but fortunately, we had brought extra beach towels. While dishes and soap were provided, there was nothing to wash them with, and there was no broom in the room to sweep up the sand we tracked in. On our second day, we got locked out of our room and contacted the front desk using two phones, but never received a response. Luckily, it was only the bottom lock, so we were able to use a card to get back in, but we ended up sleeping on the beach that night. Overall, the customer service needs improvement, and there should have been an adequate supply of towels for two people, as well as a broom and sponge for cleaning the dishes.

I've been coming here since childhood. After a few years' break, we decided to revive the tradition with our own kids. The cabins are somewhat rustic and could use an update, but if that doesn't bother you, everything else is fantastic. There's air conditioning and ceiling fans to keep you cool, plus WiFi and Roku for streaming on rainy days. The beach is spacious with plenty of room for activities. There are multiple fire pits and nice playgrounds on site. The enclosed pavilion features a pool table and ping-pong. The staff is friendly and helpful, promptly addressing any issues that arise. We all had a great time and plan to return next year!
