Reception area, pool complex etc were exceptional. However the pitches were cramped and the facility block furthest away from reception were very poor, botb dirty and scruffy and in dire need of a revamp.

This is a nightmare campsite for anyone who likes their campsites to be calm and relaxing. It is very close to major roads and a small town. When we visited in August it was very crowded and did not have enough decent shade. Both the pool and riverside area were heaving with people. Our pitch was right next to two car parks. However the staff were all very pleasant and the site did look to be clean.
