I was pleased with the hotel overall, especially the cleanliness of the rooms. After a long journey, I was promptly offered a room that matched both my budget and comfort needs. However, there are some downsides to be aware of. Despite paying a minimum of 200 euros per night, the cost of a beach lounger is not included, which was quite disappointing. The loungers are available to anyone who walks in from the street, which detracted from the experience. If you don’t want to pay 10 euros for just an hour on a lounger, you’ll have to go without shade, and it felt uncomfortable as other beachgoers, who were not hotel guests, seemed to look down on those of us who chose to lay on towels instead. Be prepared for the fact that non-guests can freely access the hotel’s beach area, so it doesn’t feel as private or exclusive as you might expect.”
If you stay for more than five days, you’ll find that the breakfast becomes less appealing each day because it’s the same every morning. I really missed having good, flavorful yogurts, as well as more options like porridge and dairy products for kids. The desserts were also repetitive, with just croissants and apple pie every day.
I believe the hotel needs to improve its security measures. It would be helpful if guests were given wristbands, so it’s clear who is staying at the hotel. This would make it easier to identify guests and ensure that only they are using the hotel’s facilities.
The rooms were very nice, with comfortable beds and regular cleaning. However, the glass door to the bathroom could be a safety hazard for small children, so if you’re planning a stay with young kids, you should keep this in mind
I know we came late in the year but on arrival, there was a convention going with around 300 people, who took up the WHOLE of the outside seating area so nowhere for us to sit!! There were no other guests!! We literally saw about 6 other people the entire time!! We were there for 4nights and it was like we had the whole hotel to ourselves which was not nice!! The outdoor pool was dirty (looked like sand in it), all around the pool was filthy, with leaves and dirt on the floor!! One of the evenings we paid €32 each for evening meal, to be told the selection had been to a minimum as no guests but still charged the whole amount!! We walked down to the beach and all the little shops were closed, in fact they were empty!! NONE of the outdoor bars or beach bars were open. There were no cushions on any of the beach front bar areas. I appreciate it's late October but we paid £1000 for 4 nights and the hotel had NO other guests (well 6 maybe?). It was VERY boring and very disappointing!! ALOT of money when nothing open!! Beautiful hotel. Lovely rooms, just a shame it was completely empty!!!!!
