The hotel itself is lovely .. as are most of the staff .. very friendly and nothing is too much bother..
Our room was lovely and looked out to the sea. Beautiful views and sunset was always stunning. Cleaned regularly , fresh towels every couple of days.
You collected towels from the spa each morning for the sunbeds. No shortage of choices of places to lie .. on the beach or around the pool, mind pool, good beds went really early.
Shops a stroll away not far at all.
Loads of bargains to be had.
The only thing that let this hotel down slightly was the food.
Had to go book the various restaurants at 10 in the morning and the Chinese and Italian were so disappointing.. food was never hot .. Luke warm when it arrived . Never very tasty either . The main restaurant for breakfast was great but lunch and dinner very samey again Luke warm never nice and hot when you went to eat.
There is a restaurant about 5 mins from the hotel called the Salt Kitchen well worth a visit the food is amazing and portions are huge. The other one is Uncles ..
Shame you have to go out the complex for a decent meal though.. lastly drinks.. the cocktails... couldn't find one that was nice.. spirits gin whiskey vodka rum .. if like me you like a pink gin or a flavoured one take your own.. I just ordered sprite and put my own gin in it..
Would I go back? Probably not beautiful hotel, beautiful location let down by the food and drink I'm afraid.
Lots of people moaned about the boat trip run from the hotel. We had the best day out on the water . Great fun jumping in the sea . They don't have many snorkels etc so take your own.. Charlie from the boat was lovely and looked after us all day.. for £25 quid some people were expecting a lot more.. but we thoroughly enjoyed it..
This hotel is amazing, from the incredible energy all the entertainment staff have, the effort put into the food prep, which was always presented so well, the gardens upkeep, the lovely rooms with very comfy beds and generally the friendliness of all staff.
The hotel is a short stroll to the town to the left with plenty gift shops and restaurants and marina and lovely for evening walks to the right along the sea edge with beautiful sunsets.
Special mentions to Diddy, Lemis and other entertainment team who were always there with a smile and enthusiasm in doing their job.
The barman Tail Garbeck who makes the best pina coladas, the waiter Furkan who was a delight to chat to, the waitress Kubra and to Ayse who welcomed us into breakfast, dinner with such a delightful smile
The management should be very proud of all their staff who go above and beyond their long hours and duty to make our stay so comfortable.
Evening entertainment every night was very good.
The only slight thing I would say could have been improved on is updating the bathrooms and cleaner a little more attentive with regards to leaving toiletries each day
