It's a great spot for a leisurely walk, with the northern section offering a more picturesque view of the reservoir. The tall posts can obstruct the view a bit, but the opposite side of the beach is ideal for parking. The entire route is approximately 6.5 km long. Additionally, there is a display of one of the massive shovels used in the nearby mine next to the beach.
