Korčula Island is famous for its white wines. This tour is intended for wine lovers looking for an authentic and local experience. Two grapes indigenous to Korčula are Grk and Pošip (Poship). The village of Lumbarda is known for Grk wines, while villages in the island's interior are known for Pošip ones. Both grapes have a lot to offer and the wines are mostly compared to Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay. This tour gives you a chance to compare both grapes and make your own opinion. Gubavac itself isn't reached by taxi boats or big group tours, so you get it quiet, with homemade Grk wine from our own family production in Lumbarda and traditional Klašun pastries to end the evening.
