Fantastic beach very close to the city Havana, only 20 minutes. Cheap prices for a chair, a lounger and a sun umbrella. The water might be a bit rough at times but provides a great relief to the heat. Vendors with snacks and food will pass by regularly. The coco with rum is not to be missed, get at least one or two! Someone can also bring you a beer if you prefer from the bar and restaurant right at the entrance. Visited here several times and loved it! Quiet enough where you can fully enjoy the surroundings and relax. Definitely add this to your Cuba trip list.

Very clean sandy beach with great service. A good place to wade in the waves, not too deep. They rent you a beach chair and umbrella very cheap, beer, drinks and food brought to you on the beach cheap as well. I had a grilled lobster and it was delicious.

The water here is blue! The sand is very gritty and to my surprise not any sea shells at all! There were a lot of sand crabs that would pop up out of the sand! One of the amazing parts was watching a storm rolling across the horizon. It was breathtaking and very beautiful to see Mother Nature at her best! The cool thing was the storm never reached the beach! #goodtimes

Beautiful sandy beach, not overcrowded, umbrellas and lounge chairs provided at low cost. Nearby restaurant has beer and take out to bring down to the beach if you wish. Easy to get to with the hop-on-hop-off bus from Havana Central Park. Route 3.
