Our vacation at Paradisus Los Cayos was the best one we ever had so far in Cuba! We were looked after from the beginning to the end of our stay, staff is very attentive, special big "thank you!" goes to Leo at customer service, who took care of every request we had.
The hotel is fairly new, maintained and there is a short distance to anywhere you want to go at resort.
Comparing to the last year food shortages in some Cuban resorts, this hotel, especially Royal section, had plenty of and variety of foods and drinks. Food was beautifully presented and delicious!
Snack bars offer good pizzas, sandwiches, burgers and delicious plantain chips.
Staff was always attentive, smiling and pleasant.
If you decide to spent your vacation in this resort, don't forget to visit a smoothie bar, they have delicious ice cream bars!
Beach is one of the kind, beautiful white sand, there is enough of sun shelters and umbrellas to rest under and enjoy gorgeous view.
There is plenty of entertainment during the stay, on the beach or in the theater.
One of the attractions is watching a sunset from the Sky bar with a drink!
And we are already missing our morning cappuccinos delivered to our room!
In the near future, we are looking forward to spent our vacation there again!

Just came back from an amazing vacation here!
The hotel was very modern , beautiful lighting features and building details. Was shocked to see such attention to detail.
More about the hotel, the rooms are very clean, the AC works flawlessly, the beds are very comfortable and the sheets are soft .
The food was great! Lots of options during the meal times, with amazing fruits, delicious fish and much more! As well as a 24/7 snack bar which was very convenient .
They had plenty of bottled water, including bottled sparkling water, all the different kinds of soft drinks, and great canned cold beer/ other liquors. No shortages of any kind !
The beach was amazing, not many rocks, clean water, and beautiful sand, the beach is long and is great for those who enjoy walks.
As for night life, this is a quieter resort , seems to mostly draw in couples and families .
They have a short show around 9, and after that some people hang around the main bar area.
I’m sure it varies by the crowd and who’s there during that time, but most of the time the resort was quiet before midnight, so if you’re looking for a party, this resort isn’t what you’re looking for.
Another thing I really appreciated about the resort is that everything is within walking distance, you can get from one end of the resort to the other within 10 minutes, the buffet/ main bar is in the centre of it all!
Yes there’s golf carts if needed by request, but I only seen them being used once.
The people working at this resort are all very friendly and understanding . They are all very good at their jobs and know how to make sure you’re happy . There are no vendors chasing you trying to sell you anything, there’s no crazy banana boats that stink of gas , no people with wild animals wanting money for pictures, none of that non sense that would take away from you relaxing and being at peace.
I can write much more about this resort, but in general I’d highly recommend it to anyone who’s looking for a relaxing resort, which has good food, good people , and a great vibe.
Thank you to all the workers here who made everyone’s stay so amazing, you’re greatly appreciated and I hope to be returning here .

We had an incredible experience at Paradisus Los Cayos with our 1-year-old daughter. From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding. We booked on the Reserve side and were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a spacious and modern Master Suite. Having a butler was a game-changer—always available to assist, from warming up baby food to handling any small requests that made our stay even more comfortable.
The resort itself is well-designed—not too big, making it easy to get around. The kids’ pool was perfect for our little one, and the variety of food exceeded our expectations. We brought powdered milk, but they always had warm water available, so our baby never missed anything.
For those who like to stay active, the gym was impressive for Cuba, featuring Olympic bars and a decent selection of weights (from someone who workout 5-days a week and love gym). While we didn’t catch the night shows, the drinks were great, and the beach was simply next-level—stunning and well-maintained.
Overall, the service was exceptional, and we truly felt taken care of throughout our stay. Highly recommend for families looking for a relaxing and hassle-free getaway!
Please tip with 5$cad or US bills. Avoid Canadian coins. Expect low pressure for the bath and either super hot or cold water from showers. Outlets are 220v and plenty of bottled water were provided every day.

Amazing Stay at the Royal VIP Section!
Rafael, Yasser, Gretter, Diana, Irnesto, Saday, Deiki, and Danaily – you all made our stay unforgettable! Choosing the Royal VIP section was one of the best decisions we made. The service was outstanding, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome.
The pizza at the snack bar was absolutely delicious! Our room was always clean, and the food was flavorful—definitely one of the better culinary experiences we’ve had in Cuba. We never felt like we were missing anything.
The beach beside the buffet restaurant was breathtaking, the perfect spot to relax and take in the beauty of the island.
After visiting eight different hotels in Cuba, we can confidently say this is one of the best on the island. We will definitely be back after 3 times !!!

We had an amazing week at Paradisus Los Cayos, and we already want to go back! The beach is absolutely stunning—white sand, crystal-clear turquoise water, and a peaceful atmosphere that’s hard to find elsewhere. The entire hotel was spotless, from the well-maintained facilities to our beautiful room, which always felt cozy thanks to the lovely lady who cleaned it every day.
We made the most of everything—played tennis, joined beach volleyball games, and spent endless hours in the sea. The service was outstanding, with Eduardo and the rest of the waitstaff always friendly and attentive. The entertainment team did a fantastic job creating a fun vibe without being intrusive.
Even though our check-out was early, we were able to enjoy the hotel’s amenities until after 5 PM, so we truly maximized our stay.
The food was plentiful and tasty, the cocktails were top-notch, and overall, everything exceeded our expectations.
我们在Paradisus Los Cayos度过了一个惊人的星期，已经迫不及待想要回去！沙滩绝对令人震撼——白沙、清澈的碧蓝海水，宁静的氛围在别处难得一见。整个酒店一尘不染，从维护良好的设施到我们美丽的房间，每天都让人觉得温馨，多亏了每天清理的可爱女士。
