Located just 4km away from Trinidad, Playa la Boca is a serene and inviting beach that offers a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. During our week-long stay in Trinidad, my companions and I had the pleasure of visiting this beach three times, and each time we were greeted by its tranquil waters and sandy shores. One of the highlights of our visits to Playa la Boca was the Restaurant Playa la Boca, which quickly became our go-to spot for delectable seafood and friendly service. The staff were always welcoming and eager to make our dining experience a memorable one. Overall, Playa la Boca is a hidden gem that is definitely worth a visit if you're looking for a peaceful and swim-friendly beach that is sure to leave you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.

I can vividly recall the exorbitant amount we shelled out for the taxi ride to this so-called beach. But hey, at least we got to witness the spectacle of the sun, sea, and sand, right? The waves were crashing against the shore like a symphony, and the salty breeze was a refreshing respite from the urban jungle. The beach was bustling with activity, from beach volleyball to sunbathing to simply lounging around with a good book. Overall, it was a decent escape from the daily grind, even if it did cost us an arm and a leg to get there.
