Our transportation service from Odense to Copenhagen is always private, despite if you are only 1 or 2 people, or a large group. We will provide a sedan, an MPV or a Van, depending on how many people are travelling. The unit will be driven by a local English speaking driver, who will be able to answer your questions, and provide some recommendations about what to do and what to see along the way. A professional pastry chef with many years of experience will guide you through all the different baking techniques and tips including kneading, rolling and folding the dough with butter. We will make a selection of traditional and delicious Danish pastries (Wienerbrød). The course will have a break with coffee/tea where you can try some of your Danish pastries and exchange your cultural/baking experiences.
