My cooking classes are completely à la carte. We choose the menu together to take into account your desires, what you like and possibly your allergies. I only buy fresh seasonal produce (depending on the season) that I pick up at the local Point of Sale held every Thursday morning in the Town Hall Square near my home. Even flour, I buy 10km from home at the mills of Sologne which makes flours of exceptional quality from varieties of old wheat, with a lower gluten content.
