I only buy fresh seasonal produce (depending on the season) that I pick up at the local Point of Sale held every Thursday morning in the Town Hall Square near my home. Local vegetable, fruit, cheese, meat and poultry producers are my exclusive suppliers. Even flour, I buy 10km from home at the mills of Sologne which makes flours of exceptional quality from varieties of old wheat, with a lower gluten content. In April/May/June, I pick up the asparagus and strawberries directly from the grower in the nearby village. Welcome home!
