Nice place to spend time with family if the staff was prepared to deal with people. Arrogant and troublemaking security staff. Very impolite and rude. First they wanted our family to move away to another spot without giving explanation and an hour later the security runs into one of our friends accusing him of fighting with someone while we were just waiting in the line for an attraction with the kids and not doing anything. We felt harassed and bullied. Never again.
如果员工能够应对顾客，这是个适合家庭一起度过时光的好地方。安保人员傲慢且爱惹麻烦，非常不礼貌和粗鲁。他们首先想让我们的家人搬到另一处，而没有给出任何解释，一个小时后，安保人员冲向我们的一位朋友，指责他和某人打架，而实际上我们只是在和孩子们排队等待一个游乐设施，什么也没做。我们感到受到骚扰和欺凌。再也不来了。

We arrived with 2 small kids, 4 and 5 years old. They made us pay fast passes for the 4 of us, without telling us that there is only 1 ride where our kids can use this pass with us. For all the other slides our kids were too small, and we could not use our fast passes, because all the rides can only be done with 2 people, not 1! So much money spent, and we could not do any of the big rides, because 1 of us had to stay with the kids. This was such a joke! And not even mentioning the disaster of buying food or drinks. We waited 40 minutes in the queue to buy lunch, not enough staff, hardly moving and when i spoke to the manager, an older man, he was very rude and told me to speak french, he does not speak english. This in a holiday resort with tourists and you dont speak english and insult your customer. Even buying drinks later in the day took 30 minutes qeueing in the boiling sun.
我们带着两个小孩，4和5岁。工作人员让我们为四个人支付快速通行证，而没有告诉我们，只有一个游乐设施可以让我们的孩子和我们一起使用这个通行证。对于其他所有的滑梯来说，我们的孩子都太小，无法使用我们的快速通行证，因为所有的项目只能两个人一起玩，不能单人！花了那么多钱，我们根本无法玩任何大型游乐设施，因为我们中必须有一个人留在孩子身边。这真是个笑话！更不用提购买食物和饮料时的灾难了。我们排了40分钟的队才买到午餐，工作人员不够，几乎不动。当天跟经理谈话时，那个年纪较大的男士非常粗鲁，叫我讲法语，说他不会说英语。这是在旅游度假区，游客很多的地方，你竟然不会说英语，还侮辱顾客。后来购买饮料时也排了30分钟的队，在炙热的阳光下。

It's nice but the queues are indescribable. I spent an hour and 10 minutes to boomerang and another hour to do the rapid rafting. You simply get tired while you wait and by the time you get to the top you're not in the mood anymore.The queue moves extremely slowly and it is not normal as I have been in other aqualands and no matter how crowded it was more than 20 minutes I didn't wait . The pool was full of hair, grass and filth. There should be a certain limit when it comes to hair to be caught in a bun, no long clothes which by the way today I saw a lady in long tights and t-shirt when she was swinging her kite in the boomerang although the sign with the forbidden symbole was right in her nose and of course the lifeguard did not say anything . Well, is it normal like that? Either we all respect some rules or... not to mention the phones in the toboggan what are they doing there?
这个地方不错，但排队等候的时间是难以形容的。我排了一个小时零10分钟玩过山车，又花了一个小时玩快速漂流。等候时真的很累，到达顶端时已经没有心情享受了。队伍移动得极其缓慢，这不正常，我去过其他水上乐园无论人多拥挤，超过20分钟我都没等过。泳池里满是头发、草和污垢。对于被头发缠住的情况应该有一定的限制，不能穿长衣服。顺便提一下，今天我看到一位女士穿着长裤和T恤在玩过山车，尽管禁令的标志就在她眼前，当然救生员什么也没说。这是正常的吗？要么我们都遵守一些规则，要么……更不用提在滑梯上的手机了，干嘛要带着它们？

After being worried after reading many bad reviews we couldn't hold off any longer for our 10 year old.... We choose to go on a Monday, at Park opening. 10:00.
Went in the queue to buy park tickets + safe. (Didn't buy a fastpass).
The entry magic starts: go in another queue to have your bought tickets checked:-), then go into another queue to retrieve your safe key. Make sure to bring another REAL 2 euro piece (deposit for the key!).... Once you got over that it is JUST BIG FUN, maybe a bit expensive (what is not nowadays). The rides are great. We managed to do 15 rides and a decent break to eat. Personel and visitors are friendly. The fastfood is not bad at all (big frites and a bottle coke 10,- pp)
So our end verdict: a great day to have fun with your family including mom and dad.
Tips for the management: you might want to rethink to make the opening sequence more friendly e.g.
1)offer a safe for 7 euro and provide a 2 euro piece since many people only bring a card or phone to pay or get rid of it entirely and introduce a unmanned paid locker system
2)Let the people who bought a ticket follow a path to go into the park instead of into the other online ticket queue
3)keep up the good work and keep on hiring friendly personel:-)
在看了许多差评后，我们非常担心，但最终没能等下去，带上了我们的10岁孩子……我们选择在周一公园开门时去。10:00。排队购买公园票和保险柜（没有买快速通行证）。入园的魔力开始了：进入另一条队伍检查你的票:-)，然后进入另一条队伍领取保险柜钥匙。确保带上另一枚真实的2欧元硬币（钥匙的押金！）……一旦过了这一关，只剩下大大的乐趣了，虽然有点贵（现在哪里不贵呢）。游乐设施非常棒。我们成功玩了15个项目，还享用了良好的用餐时间。员工和游客都很友好。快餐一点也不差（大份薯条和一瓶可乐10欧/人）。
所以我们最终的 verdict 是：和家人一起度过的愉快一天，包括爸爸妈妈。
给管理层的建议：你们可能想重新考虑更友好的开场程序，例如：
1）提供7欧的保险柜并配上2欧硬币，因为许多人只带卡或手机支付，或者完全取消这一项，推出无人值守的收费储物柜系统。
2）让购买了门票的人走一条通道进入公园，而不是排在其他在线购票的队伍里。
3）保持良好的工作状态，继续招聘友好的员工:-)

Weekday visit in July. You will spend a lot of time queuing. Queue to buy ticket, queue again to get in, queue again for locker, queue again for fast pass.
You need fast pass to get anytime on rides here. Even with it you will spend half your day queuing for the rides. Genuinely felt sorry for people who didn't have it as they must have gotten on 4 slides max in a day.
The slides are fun but 50 euro per person (entry and fast pass) for a few slides isn't really worth it
7月的工作日参观。你会花很多时间排队。排队买票，再排队进公园，再排队拿储物柜，再排队拿快速通行证。
你在这里需要快速通行证才能随时玩游乐设施。即使有了通行证，你也会花掉一大半的时间在游乐设施上排队。真心为那些没有通行证的人感到难过，他们一天最多只能玩四个滑梯。
这些滑梯很有趣，但每人50欧（入场和快速通行证）的费用对于几个滑梯来说真的不值。
