My 25 ha vineyard in “Organic Agriculture” conversion is located near Angoulême (Charente, France). The Bourgoin family wine adventure began in 1930 but bottled marketing is much more contemporary: 11/21/2015. Today my bottles are present on more than 150 Michelin-starred restaurants in France (and at the Elysée!). My natural cognacs are: unassembled, unsweetened, without added colorings, and unfiltered. Both young and authentic, my winemaking approach to the cognac category is unique in Charente. Come meet me, the truth is at the bottom of the bottle! 4 people minimum for any reservation.

Maison Frapin, a worthy heir to secular methods and ancestral know-how, is just waiting for your arrival to help you discover the magic of its treasures. 21 generations of wine growers and then distillers, have passed down over the centuries an exceptional vineyard located exclusively in the heart of Grande Champagne - 1er Cru de Cognac. You will end the visit with a tasting of 3 cognacs.

Between Cognac and Saintes, you will fall under the spell of Walnut grove, a family farm of organic nuts that welcomes you for a unique gastronomic experience around nuts. You will be seduced by this unique site nestled in the heart of the Cognas vineyards in Charente and its shaded orchard that will house your lunch in the middle of nature. Things to do and games for young and old are available free of charge at the reception on request, to make the experience last long after lunch! Do not hesitate to bring your bikes, scooters, balloons... to make the most of your time with us:) After your meal, take a walk through the farm of the Desrentes family, our neighbors who produce Pineau Cognac and wonderful Charentais wines (walking distance, 5 minutes), or visit the Abbey of Fontdouce (10 minutes drive) where many activities are offered for all ages in a beautiful site.

A visit to the Citadelle Gin Distillery will immerse you in a dynamic, fresh atmosphere, totally suited to the summer season. Just 15 minutes from Cognac, let the scent of fresh lemons guide you to Chateau de Bonbonnet. We'll show you the juniper fields and their berries, before immersing you in the craft of gin distillation. We'll be delighted to take you on a tour of our magnificent citrus greenhouse, ending with a tasting of Citadelle Gin.
