Today my bottles are present on more than 150 Michelin-starred restaurants in France (and at the Elysée!). My natural cognacs are: unassembled, unsweetened, without added colorings, and unfiltered. A visit to the Citadelle Gin Distillery will immerse you in a dynamic, fresh atmosphere, totally suited to the summer season. Just 15 minutes from Cognac, let the scent of fresh lemons guide you to Chateau de Bonbonnet. We'll show you the juniper fields and their berries, before immersing you in the craft of gin distillation. We'll be delighted to take you on a tour of our magnificent citrus greenhouse, ending with a tasting of Citadelle Gin.
