Remoulins is located 5 kilometers from the Pont du Gard, between Avignon and Nîmes, and takes its name from the Provençal word for whirlwind. At the crossroads of Languedoc and the Rhône Valley, people often pass this village on the national highway without stopping. In fact, Old Remoulins, located on the banks of the Gardon River, is well worth a visit.

Basically it's a nice place to enjoy a little refreshment by the roach but the people are disrespectful and wild everywhere there is waste and garbage it's disgusting!!! Maybe if the municipality placed trash cans around the parking lot people would be more respectful?!!! Parking possible thanks to free parking.
