We were shown a room that had already been “CLEANED”; everything that was there you could see on video was just terrible! Completely unsanitary, the entire bathroom is covered in black mold, which, by the way, can be easily cleaned if you take some cleaning agent and a sponge. But they clean the rooms only with some kind of glass spray, we saw a girl who entered the room only with this spray bottle and a rag, came out with bed linen and that’s it! There was no talk of any vacuum cleaners or wet cleaning at all! Mold, dust, coffee-filled refrigerator, tufts of hair everywhere, sand, garbage. According to assurances, there is a view from the window to the sea. If a piece of the horizon is considered a view, Okay, so be it. Stuffiness and humidity. The yard itself was not caught on camera, but it was a complete mess. All photos from the site were taken from the old building, where, of course, everything is already occupied. on the territory there is a “dining room” in which women put food with dirt under their nails, where everything is also dusty, the tables are sticky, the walls and windows are stained and stained. You can't cook by yourself! You can’t grill shish kebab yourself! According to the administrator, after we made complaints about dirty rooms, “you will only spend the night there, what’s the difference?” in the sense of "what's the difference"? In their opinion, breathing dust and mold spores is normal. OK When we asked for a refund, we brought arguments and said that in fact no one was waiting for us here, that they couldn’t even clean the room, the admin said - “this is a human factor, forget everything that happened and move in!” what?! Girlfriend, you’re all crazy there! No human factors will return my health and spoiled mood for the entire vacation! But they “give” a bottle of wine for your room, apparently so that you drink and close your eyes to all this disgrace. I want to write a lot of things, I want to say a lot of bad words, but let it be on the conscience of the admin and technical staff. And those people who rested there - I sincerely feel sorry for you, you were also blatantly deceived. Don’t be fooled by the photos on the website and the 5 star reviews, it’s all lies and nonsense. There is a staircase leading down to the beach, with waves crashing against the steps... You won't be able to sunbathe very well. The only plus was Wi-Fi, thanks to which we were able to quickly find a hotel next to completely different conditions! I saw that I couldn’t attach it, I took screenshots.
