August 2024. First time at this boarding house. About the number. We had a two-room apartment without renovation. One of the two rooms has air conditioning, this is where the sofa is. The other doesn't even have a fan. It was hot and stuffy in August. There may not be much repairs, we can bear with it for now, but air conditioning is really needed. I won't complain about the cleaning. They cleaned our house, but there was only one maid on five floors! Cotton linen, good. Changed after five days. Cotton towels, white, three pcs. The beach hotel does not have beach towels! In the most shabby sanatorium there is, but not here. Next. Beach. Big, only for your own. There is a notice warning people not to take sunbeds; they promise a fine. All sun loungers are covered with different rags (even at night), after 10 o’clock on a sunny day you will find yourself with difficulty on a broken sun lounger in the sun. Almost all of the sun loungers, with rare exceptions, are cracked in the middle. Are they buying the cheapest ones? In my opinion, on the beach there are very ineffective umbrellas and one canopy, very small, under which all the sunbeds are always covered, and there are few people. In the same Crimea there are canopies along all the retaining walls. And in Evpatoria there are beautiful, snow-white wooden canopies. I would like the administration to pay attention to the improvement of the beach. Make more awnings!!! Please! Nowadays people try to stay in the sun as little as possible, and want to stay on the beach longer. Give me this opportunity. Next. The steps to the beach are made of rebar, they were put on crookedly/obliquely. We need good, strong, even steps, not these pieces of iron. The contingent here is not very young, people can fall and get disfigured. And one more thing: using pallets instead of a comfortable wooden walkway is also unacceptable on the beach; there is a chance that a person will fall and get hurt. I am convinced that the cost of a wooden walkway is low for such a boarding house, cheaper than litigation over broken legs and ribs. And the last thing: we didn’t see the rescue service. 晚上好，我简短地写一下。服务糟透了，床单和毛巾不更换，大家都不满意，没有进行清洁，房间小，没有电水壶，没有饮水机，工作人员根本不把人当回事，什么都不做，提供的食物是变质的，每天都换成新的变种，态度对所有人都如此，度假的费用就像土耳其四星级酒店一样，管理员一直缺席，如果在的话也根本不关心，回答时满口不情愿，任何请求根本不执行。我警告大家不要选择这个度假地，自然风光很好，其他一切都很糟糕。
