It definitely looks nice to take photos or relax on the beach. It looks clean from the outside, but how clean can a beach be next to the harbor and below all the restaurants and the houses. You can try different beaches on the island.

The beach is fine for a quick swim if u are extremely hot and a bit bored to walk for any other beach! the lack of showers and options for shade are a bit discouraging if u have kids

这是我在80年代早期访问时会留下的评论。我肯定我们从雅典乘坐老巴士到科斯塔港口...沿着古老的道路开了无穷无尽的时间，穿越一个古老的世界。我记不清搭船过渡的情形了，那时可能已经垂头丧气，但肯定是有渡船的。第二个错误是我们没意识到那里的交通方式是骑马。可悲的是我对马过敏，所以我整个时间都像刚用最可怕的方式失去最好的狗一样，脸肿胀、眼泪汪汪、喘不过气来。阳光、大海、海滩、小镇、公寓、当地居民和蝉鸣都很美好。不过我不认为我们离开时感到难过，我记不得我们再谈论过...永远！

This is a review that I would have left when I visited back in a non- internet age way back in the early '80s. I am sure we transferred by an old bus from Athens to Kosta port ...it took an eternity driving on the old roads through an ancient world. I can't remember the boat crossing, head in hands by then probs, but there must have been one. Second mistake, not realising the regular transport there is by horse. I am allergic sadly so I spent the whole time with a puffed up, weepy, wheezing face like I had just lost my best dog in the most awful way. Sun, sea, beach, town, apartment, locals and cicadas were all good. I don't think we were sad to leave though, I can't remember us talking about it again....ever!
