During the activity you will sail in south Ionian sea, you will discover the uninhabited islands of Proti and Sapientza as well as a number of beautiful locations and route. We combine various activities for a remarkable sailing trip. You will go snorkeling, island trekking, visit castles and old lighthouses on these unspoiled isles. The recipes are prepared according to old traditional methods and most of the dishes are baked in a wood-fired oven. They are designed simply so that you have no problem cooking them at home. All of our ingredients are fresh and regional, most of the vegetables come from our organic garden. Feel at home and relax with your meal under our ancient olive trees.

Starting the journey we will discover the process of production of Cretan extra virgin olive oil in the modern Kanakis Olive Oil Mill through some secret knowledge as well as through the tasting of true local olive oil. In Dourakis winery we will wander through the vineyards, the wooden cellars of the winery, and feel the culture and history through the wonderful aromas of the different grape varieties.
