Our holidays have very relaxing rhythms: in the morning Luciana prepares a rich breakfast and after coffee we leave to anchor in a beautiful bay where you can swim, snorkel or lie in the sun on the comfortable bow cushions reading a book or enjoying the wonderful views. For lunch we usually choose a different bay, a dip and we will be ready to enjoy a light and tasty meal in the cockpit perhaps accompanied by a good ice-cold wine! In the afternoon, wind permitting, we sail and everyone participates in the manoeuvres. Before sunset we usually moor in a small port on one of the Greek islands on our itinerary. The villages are always great to visit and the Greek tavernas serve very tasty and cheap food. With the right conditions, we will also sleep in a quiet and sheltered bay, with an aperitif at sunset and dinner under the stars!

Kastani is the beautiful sandy beach where 'Mamma Mia' was filmed in 2007and our first stop of the day. Here you will have the opportunity to swim and sunbath at the crystal clear waters. After sailing for about 25 minutes we will reach Panormos port, where you will have plenty of time to explore the place and eat lunch in one of the numerous taverns. Time to set sail for the last destination of the day and the maybe the most beautiful beach of the island Milia the ideal place to end the day. Extra tip: You can book a seat to visit Agios Ioannis Chapel (Mamma Mia Chapel) during our sail to Kastani.

You can travel to the land of mosques and minarets, immerse yourselves in the colourful fragrant world of bazaars, enjoy the native specialities or visit the ‘witnesses’ of Pre‑Christian past, e.g. the famous archaeological site of Ephesus, the most significant monument of antiquity and the largest Greek Roman excavations in the Mediterranean Area (excellent guiding). Patmos is situated 32 miles south of Samos. Famous for its religious past, Patmos is the island where Saint John the Theologian wrote the Book of Revelation (the Apocalypse). The highlights of the monastery include a library, historic documents, manuscripts, biographies of saints and others. The cave of the Apocalypse was declared a world heritage site by UNESCO in the year 2006. Kasonisi is a small rocky islet separated from Samos by a narrow strait. The real attraction is the small strait with its isolated location and turquoise water. The strait is less than 50 meters wide and with less than 1 meter depth at the most shallow part. We start by boarding on the boat in Pythagorion harbor to go along the east coast. The first stop is at Kassonisi. Here we jump in the water directly from the boat. Then we continue towards the beach of Posidonion. Here you can choose to either swim directly from the boat or sunbathe and swim from the beach.

We then continue to the Church of The Virgin Mary and after we have visited it, there is a short footpath that will take us down to the Evagelistria Monastery, built to be well hidden from pirates in a lush valley. This is the only monastery on Skiathos that is still active and it has a fascinating 200-year history, starting with the making of the first Greek flag. After a tour of the premises and the local museum, which houses a rare collection of icons, relics and traditional costumes, you will get some time on your own before departing.
