This is a private tour with a 7-seater van for a maximum 6 guests. We sail by Fortezza, with its cannon ports still intact to keep the pirates ships out of the bay. So close you can almost touch it! With the view of the Aptera fort, the fort of the Idjedin prison just below it, past the beaches of Kalyves and Almyrides, the isle of Karga we reach for the lighthouse of Drapano. With the White Mountains as a backdrop and always depended on wind direction we may sail northeast to a very small cove with beautiful sandy waters or we sail northwest around another small island to a beautiful lagoon, we drop anchor where you can swim/snorkel and play in crystal clear turquoise waters. While you swim I prepare you a freshly cooked Cretan/Spartan lunch with Greek specialties, local pasta, sauteed vegetables, fresh salad, mama’s olives, goat cheese, fresh bread, wine/beer/soda/water and finally fresh yogurt with sweet fruit and Greek sweets. Sail with us on board the grandest and most luxurious Catamaran in Crete (Lagoon 560) and discover one of the most exotic places in the world. Our journey begins at the Port of Kissamos where our Crew will warmly welcome you on board. After arriving to Gramvousa island you will have around 2 hours of free time to explore or simply enjoy the refreshing water diving from our yacht. Disembarkation will be possible with our tender boat. As you return on board you will be welcomed by our luxurious menu freshly prepared by our staff. Serve your plate with any delicacies you like from our buffet and refresh yourselves with our unlimited drinks. About 30 minutes later you will cruise towards Balos lagoon. You will have again around 2 hours in Balos before we start our sailing back to the port. During our 2 stops you will be able to try our snorkeling and stand-up paddle boarding equipment according to the instructions of the captain so feel free to request it from him.

Santorini is the southern island of the Cyclades, with an area of 76 km square and a coastline of 70 km long. Many legends take place on this island, as it is called the "Lost Atlantis" or the "Pompeii of the Aegean". Around 1450 BC, as a result of powerful volcanic explosion, most of the island sank into the sea, shaping the island as warped crescent, with a steep cliff (altitude 300 m) in the western part and gently sloping beaches in the east. You will visit the towns of Oia and Fira, famous for its beautiful white houses and stunning views. Optionally, you can take a boat trip to the volcano (extra charge). You will have the opportunity to learn the fascinating history of this amazing place, take unique photos, and buy souvenirs! You will spend 6 hours in total on Santorini island. The tour will be by air-conditioned bus with free time in each of the stops. You will spend 2hours 15 minutes on the ferry each way.

A unique experience where you'll learn the secrets of sour-dough. My mum is a sourdough expert. She learnt the bread baking technique from her grandmother and keeps doing it even now. You will prepare and bake your own-unique bread loaf in a wood-fire oven. Later you will enjoy it and combine it with our herb-flavoured extra-virgin olive oil.You’ll also taste some side dishes we’ll prepare and copious amounts of local wine.

You will prepare your own meal under the guidance of a mom. You will learn 5 different recipes of traditional Cretan meals. The ingrdients we going to use are all gather from our organic garden.Also you will hear stories about customs and culture.
