What makes this experience unique is that we are about to enjoy it not in a typical " touristic" way, but the way greeks do it. SWIMMING AND GREEK LUNCH : as a local i know the best spots for food and swimming ( only few know): after the coffee break we will enjoy swimming at one of the best beaches in athens and then taste the delicious greek cuisine( fresh seafood or " souvlaki) at the best local tavernas.i was in the restaurant bussiness for years so i know the best tavernas in town. SOUNION TEMPLE OF THE POSEIDON: the second part of the experience, Temple of poseidon at Sounio, will amaze us for two reasons: firstly because of its architectural and historical uniqueness and secondly because it is located on an edge cliff , where you can see the aegean sea in front of you.The view of the aegean will become much more impressive during the sunset.ONCE IN A LIFETIME EXPERIENCE..i am looking forward to showing the beauties of greece.

如此美丽的海滩，干净得令人惊叹。这里有三个独立的海滩。一个是从台阶进入的，左边是一个较小的海滩。右边的海滩有一个洞穴，是一个裸体海滩，这里人不多，感觉很好。虽然有些人对裸体者的存在显得不太高兴，但说实话，这里空间足够大，所以我觉得那些不满的目光并不必要。人们应该友好相待，因为我们并不都拥有相同的信仰和理想。大自然应该被来自各行各业的人们共同欣赏。

Such a beautiful beach and so so clean. There are three separate beaches. One as you enter from the steps and a smaller one to the left. The right beach with the cave is a nudist beach which was great as not so many people. A few people looked unhappy about naked people but to be honest there is enough space for everyone, so I feel the disapproving looks were not warranted. People be friendly as we don’t all have the same beliefs and ideals. Nature is to appreciated by everyone from all walks of life

A perfect secluded beach. Not so far from the port. Stairs to go down but very comfortable, I was there in April and had it all for myself. Carry your own food and drinks.

Beautiful beach with stones and high rocks at the back. Follow the instructions on the blue plate to reach it, maps don't have the right path at the moment. There is a kiosk on top of the hill before the 162 steps to reach the beach. There is free parking and also a big park area around the kiosk (2€). Don't miss it.

This is the original kaladi beach. The other one shown in the map is vlihada beach. The road to kaladi is very normal a bit narrow if you meet another car but nothing extreme. To park there during peak hours I would suggest parking near the canteen which costs 2 euros. Otherwise you could try parking down the road but if there are many people I wouldn’t try it at all. To access the beach you have to go down some steps. The beach is very clean and has small pebbles. If you go during afternoon hours there is some shade from the rocks above. It is not organised and doesn’t have umbrellas so bring your own drinks, snacks and shade or you could get drinks and snacks from the canteen before the steps.

Probably the best beach of the island. Rocky with really nice waters and several little caves to explore. Easy road to go, and you need to walk 120 steps to reach the beach. No organised umbrellas or bars, which make it quiet but you need your own equipment to survive under the sun.
