We had the beach practically all to ourselves, which made it possible for us to fully appreciate the peaceful ambiance. The water was so clear, and the beach was incredibly tidy. It's definitely a hidden treasure that is worth a visit in Guadeloupe.
Basse Terre has one of my preferred beaches. If you head to the eastern section, you'll find ample parking spaces shaded by trees and a less crowded atmosphere. Additionally, there are two restaurants conveniently located nearby. Although the waves were too powerful for swimming, it was an ideal spot for sunbathing.
This beach on the northwest coast of Basse Terre, Guadeloupe is absolutely stunning. There is plenty of shade available and there is also a restaurant with restroom facilities.
The beach is a beautiful sandy coral beach with natural shade from the Cocotiers. There is a restaurant nearby and the beach is spacious. It is easily accessible for kids to enter the ocean. The beach is clean and there are plenty of parking spaces nearby, conveniently located near the main road.
We absolutely loved this beach! Most of the time, we had it all to ourselves or shared it with just a few others. It's stunning and conveniently located right by the road, making parking a breeze. However, the waves can be quite powerful, so I wouldn't suggest it for families with young children.
