On departing from Monterosso, while enjoying the welcome drink, we will sail across the whole coast of Cinque Terre, all the way to Riomaggiore and Punta Montenero which close the National park on the south-east. Along the coast you will take a break to give our guests the opportunity to swim in one of the wonderful coves of this area. Back on the boat, we will navigate to Punta Mesco across the most north-western point of Cinque Terre National Park. Here you will admire the fascinating landscape made of lights and colors and if you are lucky you will see some dolphins breaching the sea-surface. A plunge in this wonderful sea can’t be missed. Departing from Manarola, while enjoying a welcome drink, you will sail through the entire Cinque Terre coast, to Riomaggiore and Punta Montenero which closes the southeast side of the wonderful Cinque Terre National Park. Since 2019, we are the first to offer Vernazza an experience dedicated to preparing pesto in the mortar, combining cooking, territory, conviviality, and tasting. You will learn to prepare pesto by hand, using selected ingredients. The experience takes place in a typical Cinque Terre cellar, with stone and wood, reminiscent of the atmosphere of old Vernazza. 12:30 - PESTO CLASS We will start with wine, focaccia, cheeses, and extra virgin olive oils. You will prepare your pesto in the mortar while tasting a second wine. The pesto will then be used to dress the gnocchi which you will eat with a third wine.
