Sgreva is a small but historical Winery. Since 1960 we produce wine in Sirmione, on the South Coast of the Garda Lake. Our main purpose is to conjugate tradition and innovation: you can found a little bit of our land and our skills in every Lugana DOC glass that we made. Sirmione is beautiful — and yes, it can get busy. We created this experience to slow things down, step away from the crowds and enjoy the peninsula the way locals do — with a boat ride, a relaxed walk, and a drink at the end. We’ll cruise around the peninsula by boat, then explore quieter corners and side streets most visitors miss. Along the way, you’ll hear stories, history and little local details — nothing academic, just the kind of things that make places feel alive. The ZF4 aging cellar is located in the historic center of Lazise, ​​near the historic medieval walls. This experience will make you live the emotion of visiting a winery, discovering the methods of production and aging, according to a tradition that has lasted for about 100 years. Immerse yourself in a private cooking class at the Cesarina's home, learn the secrets of the most famous dishes of the Italian cuisine and taste the fruit of your labour accompanied by a glass of local wine. With us you will learn the ancient art of dough and the main traditional preparations, from spaghetti to short pasta. You will learn how to make timeless typical recipes. We will teach you how to roll out the dough through the use of the hand sheeter for an exceptional pastry. We’ll also reveal the secrets to a perfect pasta dish with sauce. We will close the course with an Italian classic made together, Tiramisù. Together we will make the creams and assemble the dessert from scratch. What you will make with your own hands during the course, you can taste with the typical wines of the area around us, such as Bardolino Classico and Chiaretto. Enter our house, breathe in the atmosphere of Italian cuisine and take it with you, once you return home, to impress your guests!
