Carnassa Tour has been offering Kayaking activities for years, as it is run by qualified and local staff with passion and will lead you to the most primitive and hidden places; Chiara, the Guide, will tell you curiosities and old stories that the Monterossini keep in their inaccessible ravines, saltiness and dry stone walls close to the sea. In addition, the beach offers many amenities such as showers, walk-in closet, bar service and umbrella. Everything you need for the tour is provided free of charge. Your Guide is constantly in training and certified to carry out the activity in total safety, Sea kayak instructor courses, for the use of the semi-automatic defibrillator and Member Update as a lifeguard are held annually. In addition, thanks to the personal collaboration with MareVivo there will be attention to the environment and we will combine sport in nature with waste collection.

For the romantics or non sun lovers we will be pleased to suggest to you all the wonders and the emotions that a sunset tour can offer. On departing from Monterosso, while enjoying the welcome drink, we will sail across the whole coast of Cinque Terre, all the way to Riomaggiore and Punta Montenero which close the National park on the south-east. Along the coast you will take a break to give our guests the opportunity to swim in one of the wonderful coves of this area. Back on the boat, we will navigate to Punta Mesco across the most north-western point of Cinque Terre National Park. Here you will admire the fascinating landscape made of lights and colors and if you are lucky you will see some dolphins breaching the sea-surface. A plunge in this wonderful sea can’t be missed. During the lesson the local home cook will reveal the tricks of the trade of 3 authentic Riomaggiore recipes. Have fun putting your cooking skills to the test. Patricipants will have a workstation equipped with utensils and all the ingredients to make the dishes. This is the right class for you to learn how to make from scratch our local handmade PASTA (Trofie), their condiment (PESTO Genovese) and, to forget the stairs you took to get to my kitchen, the creamy TIRAMISU', according to the traditional technique and to the recipe of my grandmother. The experience takes place in my XVI century private home in Riomaggiore (Cinque Terre) located in the village center where my dog Ettore and I will welcome you with a glass of prosecco. After few steps you can appreciate the stunning view of the village and the sea from the roof terrace on the 3rd floor of the building. The characteristic colored tower-houses are built following the steep orography of the hill and give a fantastic glance above all from the sea.
