During a 3-hour excursion on board one of our speedboats our crew will do their very best to localize and show you the whales living along the west coast of Mauritius. The workshop takes place in our traditional outdoor family kitchen beside a small farm, surrounded by nature and the rhythms of village life. Together we prepare a full Mauritian meal using fresh, local and seasonal ingredients, sometimes cooking over a wood fire as many families still do. Guests participate in the cooking before we sit down to enjoy the dishes in a relaxed and convivial atmosphere. Sometimes members of my family are present, adding to the warm and authentic spirit of sharing food, stories, and traditions around the table.
