Actually it's called Minarosita, Tibouda is the name of the village near it. There are two ways to reach it, either by walking, which takes time as you have to walk down a small mountain, or by a boat that you can take from the small port in Tibouda. About the beach, it's possibly the best and most appropriate one for camping in that area, it doesn't get crowded because as i mentioned, it's kinda hard to get to. The sea is so calm and warm, you can hardly feel the waves.
