高估了，不值得那么多的徒步旅行，对于年纪大或身体不适合的人来说，路很难走，徒步旅行太多，而得到的东西甚至不算平均水平，我不推荐这里，而且满地垃圾。游泳不怎么样，走路或睡觉时岩石会狠狠地夹你，需有一个支撑好的帐篷或类似于两条毛毯的非常柔软的睡垫。你会口渴，如果你背负太重，你会痛苦。

Tikkit Beach is a hidden gem that requires a challenging one-hour hike to reach. The journey is arduous, making it unsuitable for families or older individuals, and you should aim to carry as little weight as possible for an easier return. There’s no water source at the beach, so be prepared to buy food and water at double the usual price. However, the beach itself is stunning, especially at sunset, offering a breathtaking view that makes the effort worthwhile. If you're up for the trek and the extra cost, Tikkit Beach is definitely worth a visit for its natural beauty.

在这里徒步走了一小时，除了回程最后的陡坡，困难并不算太大。那天水况有点差，我没能下水，但我丈夫下水了。他说这是他一生中最棒的游泳体验之一，他能看到水下美丽的珊瑚礁和鱼群。要做好准备，前往的途中可能比到达目的地更让你期待；）尽管如此，这也是一次很酷的经历！

I once had the pleasure of experiencing the most beautiful and awe-inspiring ocean adventure of my life. As I dove beneath the surface, the cool and refreshing water enveloped my body and I was immediately transported to a world unlike any other. The colors of the ocean were so vibrant and alive, ranging from bright blues to deep greens and everything in between. The marine life was equally stunning, with schools of tropical fish swimming gracefully around me and colorful coral formations decorating the ocean floor. The peacefulness of the underwater environment was truly calming, and I found myself lost in the serenity of the moment. The sound of my own breathing was the only thing I could hear, and the weightlessness of my body made me feel as if I was floating on air. After what felt like hours, but was really only a short time, I reluctantly made my way back to the surface, feeling rejuvenated and grateful for the incredible experience I had just had. It was a moment in time that I will never forget, and I will always treasure the memories of my beautiful ocean adventure.
