We stayed at travessia and it was amazing, the room was a dream, the service was 10 and if I could qualify more I would, thanks to Raul and Edo who were always super attentive to us.
Thanks to Asi and Tk who made our stay even more special. Thank you for looking out for us and making our trip amazing. From leaving us the bikes to go along the beach an incredible experience, the food was super good, lots of laughs and great memories.
Thank you for this experience, we will definitely choose you again whenever we come back!

Travessia beach lodge is a hidden little gem untouched by civilisation . Far away from the noise of city life. Nothing pretentious A place you never want to leave . Ben and his team went out of their way to ensure our our stay was perfect . The early morning coffee on the deck with biscuits to enjoy the start of each day . Esse the darling dog who was our companion on beach walks. TK the Frenchie popping in for a quick rub. The delicious meals were truly incredible; fresh seafood, local vegetables and plenty of fresh seasonal fruit; all carefully prepared by Ben and the team. Raoul, Ebu & Frans always around
Ben was great at organising and doing booking for day trips.
Our room was lovely Balelia with a fantastic outdoor shower looking into the beach! Epic sunrise, sunsets and clear skies; magical.
Everything about our stay was perfect.
Thank you Ben & team Travessia lodge is very special. We can't wait to visit again.

Travessia is the place to go when you have the need to relax. Only a few lodges directly on the beach within the dunes, but with lots of green and wonderful views. The place is beautiful, Ben and Adel are the most friendly people and so are all of the staff members and their lovely dogs. It was the perfect start into our holidays after flying in from Germany.

Travessia lodge is the dream. Adel and Ben are amazing and went out of their way to ensure our stay was beyond perfect. The delicious meals were truly incredible; we were treated to fresh fish, local vegetables and plenty of fresh seasonal fruit; all carefully prepared by Adel and the chefs.
Ben was great at arranging activities at the lodge; archery, kayaking, cycling! Loads of things to do away from the lodge too including deep sea fishing, ocean safari and village walks.
The rooms are clean and spacious with a fantastic outdoor shower looking into the beach! Epic sunrise, sunsets and clear skies; truly magical!
Everything about Travessia lodge is perfect and we feel very lucky to have spent a memorable week experiencing the culture and exploring Mozambique.
Thank you Adel, Ben and Travessia lodge; we’ll be back!
