Nice and sunny . Very blue on a winters day.
Not a sand beach but part of Boulder Bank. Seats ,playground and toilets. To the east of Nelson . Nice change.

Beautiful coastline. Very rocky, raw and breath taking especially at sun set. Can camp overnight if you wish.

Nelson's best place to sit and think, or walk the dog or kids. Occasionally we have seen dolphins, whales and seals here. Lots of seabirds and wildlife to look at. Swimming can be challenging due to waves and rocks. A lot of sting ray here that are harmless if you leave them alone. This is one of know a handful of banks around the world, a treasure for Nelson.
