Stunning beach! Huge, and virtually deserted. Somewhat challenging to get here - about 2.5km of unpaved road from the nearest paved road, but worth it. There are WCs, but not much else.

Went on a trip along the Alentejo Coast, up until Troia. From 6-7 beaches we visited, this was my absolutely favourite. We walked a bit to the right of the main area, and had the whole place to ourselves. Water temperature is great, nature is great. Bins, toilets, even lifeguards, easily accessible beach. Definitely a must visit.

Wonderful beach! It is the same beach from Sines to Troia but this area is sided by a natural reserve. This specific beach (Cortiço Fountain) is easy to access, has a parking lot and toilets. NO restaurants, NO shops, NO beach clubs and all that means NO screams, NO noisy people, NO children… a Heaven! 😁 Perfect beach for relax and disconnect.
