Smaller beach, more frequented by locals. Would be better if had sand instead of rocks, but fun place to visit and more reserved if that is what you are looking for.

WARNING to all tourists against this house to rent from SPOTAHOME estate agent in PAREDE town, Portugal, near Lisboa and Cascais, on this street: Rua Dr. António Cândido 5 , 2775-236 PAREDE. HUGE SCAM Landlord steals deposit money !! 500 Euros will be stolen from you. Spotahome estate agency cooperates with him and shares the profit, so your money will never be returned. Secondly, the room doesn't look like the photos on the Spotahome advert. I am attaching real photos here. There is a huge problem with fungi and mould in this house, giant spiders, ants, stench, renovation never completed, everything left halfway and not finished as the landlord suffers from mental illness borderline bipolar malignant narcissism personality disorder. He is extremely dangerous and nasty ! Also, electrical installation is broken, as is the toilet (flushes upwards ! ), shower, internet keep turning off due to a short circuit in the installation (owner wants to save even more money on a circuit that is not adapted to the building), so not even basic health and safety compliance. Furthermore, enormous stress and constant discomfort due to grandiose malignant narcissistic entitled landlord, he isn't real Portuguese, he won't even welcome you with a tiny smile when you arrive. He will meet you with angry face at the doors as if he is making you favour that you pay him. He keeps entering and checking the house obsessively and watches the tenants, he has problems with anger control, has outbursts of aggression. Very unstable male, literally the most extreme psychosis entitlement I have seen so far. There is no end to the problems, broken door handles, mold settles even on your private clothes in the wardrobe. Don't go to such small towns, people are backwards there, rent in Lisbon only, or Algarve only.

很棒的海滩。我从小就来这里，所以我对这里很熟悉。 在来这里之前，先检查一下潮汐。如果是退潮，海滩上会有石头，你无法在海浪中游泳。如果不是退潮，就可以游泳。 另外，如果是退潮，记得带一双橡胶鞋走在石头上。这对孩子们非常适合。你会看到许多天然潮汐水池和当地的野生动物。由于其动植物，这里是一个本地生物物理兴趣区。实际上，这是该国第一个由地方管理的受保护海域！ 注意：这个海滩不适合轮椅通行。如果你有任何身体残疾，不能使用楼梯，可以选择Parede海滩。它在同一社区，你会有从停车场到海滩的坡道。

Great beach. I have been going here since I was a kid so I know it quite well. Before coming here, check the tide. If it’s low tide, the beach will have rocks and you won’t be able to bathe in the waves. If it isn’t low tide, will be able to. Also, if it’s low tide bring a pair of rubber shoes to walk on the rocks. It’s great with for the kids. You’ll see lots of natural tide pools with local wildlife. This is a local biophysical interest zone due to its fauna and flora. It’s actually the first protected marine area with local management in the country! Caution: this beach is not wheelchair accessible. If you have any physical disabilities and can’t use the stairs go for Parede beach. It’s in the same neighborhood and you’ll have a ramp from the parking lot to the beach.

Very beautiful beach. Small and quiet, with beautiful vegetation on the cliff. The water is very clear. Bring a snorkel set because you can spot lots of fishes, and other sea creatures. We loved it.

Nice, small beach with lots of rocks and sea life. This area is a nature preserve. Recently, a concrete walled pool was installed to take advantage of the low tide.
